Boleq ships anywhere in the world completely free of charge, with no minimum purchase required. The recipient is responsible for handling customs formalities and any applicable import costs.

Delivery Time.

Each order is handmade. This entails a minimum manufacturing time of 10 days per product. Shipping time must be added to this, taking approximately 10 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and logistical conditions in the country of delivery.

Order tracking.

All shipments include a tracking number, which you will receive via email once your order has been dispatched. You can check the status of your shipment at any time using the provided link.

Free shipping.

Shipping is completely free for all orders, with no exceptions or minimum purchase requirements.

Issues.

If your order encounters any problems during transit or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Returns.

All orders are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. To do so, please contact us to let us know you wish to return the product. You will receive a shipping label that you must print and attach to the package to return the item.
