The Intaglio strainer features, as an innovation, a polished brass ring on its handle that provides a more comfortable grip during use. The entire surface of the strainer, made of AISI 304 steel, has been engraved front and back with the characteristic details of classic weapon engravings. Additionally, every edge and perforation of the strainer is hand-sanded and polished.

That's why each Intaglio strainer has an 8-day manufacturing process. During which the specialized craftsman sands, engraves, polishes, and rivets each piece of the strainer.

This strainer ships with a certificate of authenticity, which describes the manufacturing date, the craftsman's name, and the serial number.
